In December 2024, our company launched a spray equipment update plan to upgrade and replace the original two old spray lines with a fully intelligent spray equipment. This equipment uses cutting-edge technology to bring a qualitative leap in the spray treatment of object surfaces.
It uses a high-voltage electrostatic field to charge the paint particles. Under the action of Coulomb force, these charged particles will be tightly adsorbed to the surface of the negatively charged object, thus forming a uniform, continuous, high-quality coating.
The fully intelligent spray equipment is equipped with a variety of conveying systems. Whether it is a hanging conveyor, an electric rail trolley, or a ground conveyor, it can efficiently and accurately transport the workpiece between each process.
The advantages of the upgraded equipment are significant:
• High efficiency and energy saving: From pretreatment, spraying, to curing and testing, each link is seamlessly connected, and production efficiency is doubled. At the same time, the application of the heat recovery system effectively reduces energy consumption.
• Environmental protection and low carbon: The utilization rate of powder coatings is as high as 95% - 98%, and the unique powder recovery function greatly reduces powder waste and reduces pollution to the environment.
• Stable quality: With advanced intelligent recognition technology, the equipment can accurately identify the shape of the workpiece, accurately control the spraying trajectory, completely eliminate manual operation errors, make the coating uniform and delicate, and greatly improve the product yield.
• Reduce costs: The improvement of automation reduces the manual operation links and significantly reduces labor costs. The automated operation and precise control of the equipment avoid material waste, reduce the defective rate, and further reduce production costs.
